Questions from organizations
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the link, enters the access code you sent separately, and fills in that one form. They can't see any other form, download, or share it.
Can I see the client's answers while they fill in the form?
Yes. Answers save as the client goes, and the console shows when they've opened the link and when they say they're done.
How long are client forms and documents kept?
Your organization chooses 30, 60 or 90 days. After that, forms and documents are deleted automatically. You can delete them sooner at any time.
How is it billed?
Choose a monthly or yearly plan with a number of forms included each month, and pay only for the extra forms you use. Or use credits, one per form, with no plan.
