OtterFill is an online tool that reads a form you upload, shows it as clear questions in your language, helps you fill it in, and gives you back the filled original and a list of your answers.

OtterFill never submits a form for you. You check the result and submit it yourself.

OtterFill is a form-filling tool. It explains what a question means, but it does not give legal, immigration, tax or other professional advice, and it does not decide anything for you. For advice about your situation, talk to a qualified adviser.

The AI can make mistakes. Answers it fills in wait for your confirmation. You are responsible for reading the form, correcting it and the information you submit.

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16. If you use OtterFill for an organization, you confirm you may do so on its behalf.

Don't use OtterFill to break the law, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate someone, or to upload information about other people unless you have the right to do so. Don't attack, overload or scrape the service, bypass its limits, or try to reach forms that are not yours.

You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it.

You keep ownership of the forms, documents and answers you provide. You give OtterFill permission to process them, including with the AI providers described in the privacy policy, only to provide the service to you.

We delete forms and documents automatically after the periods in the privacy policy, and you can delete them yourself at any time. We don't use your content to train AI models.

The filled original and the list of answers are yours to use.

Reading a form, filling it in and downloading a list of your answers are free, and the AI assistant can be tried for free within limits. We may change or pause free use, for example when it is overused.

Credits are bought once. One credit unlocks one form for the time shown when you buy; longer forms may use more than one credit, as shown before you unlock. Unused credits stay on your account.

Organization plans are subscriptions that renew every month or year until cancelled, and include a number of forms each period. Extra forms are billed as you use them. An admin can cancel in the billing portal; the plan then ends at the end of the period already paid.

Prices are shown before you pay and may differ by country. Taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

An organization is responsible for its members, for the clients it invites, and for having the right to process its clients' information, including their consent where the law requires it.

Share links and access codes are meant for the person they are sent to. Send the link and the code separately, and turn a link off if it reached the wrong person.

If something on our side stops you from getting the filled original you paid for, write to us and we will fix it or refund the payment.

Otherwise, purchases are not refundable once a form is unlocked, except where the law says otherwise. Plans can be cancelled at any time for the next period.

We work to keep OtterFill running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features.

OtterFill relies on other services, such as AI, sign-in and payment providers. We are not responsible for their outages.

OtterFill is provided as it is, without promises that it fits a particular purpose or that the result will be accepted by any office.

To the extent the law allows, OtterFill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a rejected, late or incorrect application. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

You can stop using OtterFill and delete your forms at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using OtterFill after a change means you accept it. For a change that matters, we will make it clear on the site.
