What to write to us about
- Help with a form
- Tell us what you were doing and what went wrong. If you can, include the address of the form page.
- Billing and refunds
- Include the email address you paid with and roughly when. Receipts are in your account's billing portal.
- Privacy and data requests
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. We may ask you to confirm it is you.
- Organizations and plans
- Plans, team members, client links, retention periods, or a data processing agreement.
- A security problem
- If something looks wrong or unsafe, tell us what you saw. We take every report seriously.
Before you write
Please don't email passwords, card numbers or ID numbers. We will never ask for them.
